Really good run on the very nice Roadside Trail at Coopers Rock. Gently rolling up and down though some rocky sections required walking. Garmin route is wrong, for some reason, showing me diving off a cliff, which didn't happen. It was pretty hot, so I drank water a couple of times, walking to drink it. Pace was slow, but the run was a good one, with a free and easy feel to it.
