Good run. I started with a .5 mile walk, then did 40 minute program that was mostly 6.2-6.4 followed by 30 minutes that alternated 2 minutes 6.0 with 6.2-6.5. 300' elev. gain. Legs were mostly okay and the slower pace made breathing not much of an issue.
