Good run. Started with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes 5.3-5.7, then 5 minutes each 5.8-6.0. The rest was 2 minutes at 5.5 alternating with 2 @ 6.0-5.6. It was an effort, but doable. I took only one break at 2.5 to get water and slow down my HR.
