Ran with Doug - from his house to Lakeville Rd, ran through Lake Villa, cut thru by Oxford Middle School and back. Wind blowing at 17mph: winc chill is -8 F (ouch), temp was 10 F. Challenging run. Because of the cold, I was running with my arms tucked in tight and had several layers of clothing.
