Feel terrible today. Picked up Matt's head cold. Legs are very sore - must have pushed to hard on the treadmill mile 3 yesterday. Stubbed my 4th toe on rt foot last night and have a bruise there. With all that, still put in my run. Kristen came along on her bike. Weather is very nice. 21st consecutive day.
