Nice run with Root after finally finishing up finals. It was still freezing cold outside but we headed out from my house to Knock Knolls, did 2 big loops, and then came back with a slight extension just to make sure we were at least around 70 minutes. Quads felt alot better than they did yesterday but they were still pretty sore. Hopefully one more day of solid sleep will get rid of that. Either way, ready for a good race tomorrow!
