Great long run today. It was great to see everyone again and gave a good tempo effort at the end with Brady, Carlson, and Havey. Held onto Brady longer than usual for this run :) but still dropped me haha. It helped having Carlson and Havey right on my ass at this point, helped me dig when I felt like shit. Wanted to cooldown with Havey and Brady but I had to shit so bad I couldn't hold it. Solid day
