Nice run today with Tyler who accompanied me on the bike. Ended up going at a pretty solid pace, and although I didn't time the entire run I timed the last 2/3rd's mile at 5:58 pace. If that's the case, then I probably averaged around 6:10-6:15 for the whole run. Felt good at certain parts of the run and meh at other parts. Excited to wax Plank's ass tomorrow
