Notes

1 mile warmup, 1 mile pacing the junior high kids during there time trial, and then 2 mile cooldown. Warmup felt terrible but cleaned me out a little. The time trial was the same as always, the kids went out way too fast and then died miserably. It took me almost 300 meters just to catch up to them. We went through the first 400 in 78 and then we really slowed down and ran a 5:50, but 24 out of 26 PR'd so it still kinda worked lol. Felt really easy after going out quick like that. Then did 2 miles afterwards between 6:16-6:20 pace. Good morning but legs by the end of it really felt heavy.
