Garmin software update messed up my watch and cleared my runs :( but anyway went out and back on the Gilman trail today. Super slow first 2 miles and then we started the boys progression. The top group had 25 minutes and we closed our last 3 in 17:36, so while my legs didn't feel great it wasn't hard. Then did 2 hills by the college, each one is 1/3rd of a mile and we did them at 4:52 pace and 4:48 pace. Then I just did an easy mile cooldown and then headed to Dick Pond
