Notes

Ran a new type of workout today with Brady. 1 by bounding uphill focusing on form, 1:30 jog on top of hill then sprint downhill while forcing form to stay controlled. Then 3 by hard 100 meter sprints across the field. Repeat this 3 times. Hardest parts for me was the sprinting just because it's been awhile since I've gone that speedy. Good mini workout and we picked up the last 1200 before reaching the house and our last mile was 6:14, so a sub 6 effort at least. Good run but shins have been hurting from all the hills the last few days haha
