Back at Tinley Park for another 4th of July race! Was solo after the first 2 minutes and once I went through the mile in 5:00 I just decided to cruise it in. Good workout and tried on the new Vapor Fly’s which are awesome! Definitely wasn’t in the mood to attack the heat today (80 degrees but 75 dewpoint) so just got through it and got the W. Fun day with the fam! The hills at the end skyrocketed my heart rate sadly so gotta keep working on that
