Notes
Went out for a run after the guys and girls team went for there easy run. Foot felt better than yesterday and aside from being super sore on the bottoms of my feet, I didn't really notice my toes or the nerve! Watch is dead so I'll add splits later but legs felt pretty cashed. Started out with a 7:15 and finished up with a 6:20, so built nicely throughout the run. Felt aerobically like I did before the injury so I'm happy to see that is continuing to come back strong! Did a nearly identical route to yesterday
