Notes

Really solid 4 Lakes workout!

Tempo: Was contorlled but I still ran right around the same time that I did last week without feeling like I was tying up! Ran in a group and worked together really well.

Hills: Another tough part of the workout cause we were moving pretty fast, stuck my nose in there and just focused on being smooth. Didn't tie up at all.

Fartlek: Ran this together as a group without Brady but it was still really quality! Finished strong up the hill.

Maintenance Quarter: Finished behind Root in about 60 seconds or so. No gas in the tank haha

Overall: Foot was on and off throughout the whole workout, it hurt but I could forget about it at times. The one time I didn't feel it at all was the Maintenance quarter. Hopefully tomorrow feels good.
