2 mile time trial with some of the AU boys today. 90 degrees out with a real feel of 100 and a dew point of 75 so you could say this was not the brightest thing to do. Switched to my flats since I wasn't in the mood to wear spikes. Just ran the whole thing hard and Shaw/Kevin hung on for as long as they could and then I was solo and finished up on my own. Legs and hip flexor felt much much better today! Just sucked that I was dying a slow painful death from the inferno outside. Went out in 4:48 through the mile. Good hard effort in awful conditions!
