Easy 7 in the Sauna 🥵
Aka our guest bedroom. First real cold day in awhile so the condo was pumping out tons of hot air and the carpet was soaking it up. Good heat training at least 😅 treadmill at 1%, first mile at 7:30ish and then just progressed from there
