Long run shortly after noon. Tyler wanted to ride his bike next to me so that made the run go by quickly. Felt great the entire run and picked up the pace after we looped around the school. Last 6 miles were probably close to 6:15-6 flat pace and the last 3 were probably around 5:40's-5:50's. Great run!
