Notes

Great Workout! My legs still felt like i couldn't use all my energy but it was still great! No pain in my IT band or knee!

Ran with Aaron for all of them. It was great working together with him we went through every single 800 in 2:20 and we tried to maintain. On the last mile my legs finally started to come back under me and i was able to use more speed to finish. We started farther back but almost caught up to the big group in front of us when we got to the line. Me Crain and Aaron finished right behind Jordan. Great workout everybody!
