Awfu Awful race, so frustrated with myself. Was very negative on myself for some reason which was weird but I shook it off and tried to push through the race. Despite the windy conditions I still ended up going through in 4:39, although I was struggling pretty hard and my arms were extremely heavy. About 6 laps in it suddenly got very hard to breath and my vision started to cross. Couldn't get any air in my body and I just proceeded to crash and burn. I don't want to keep talking about this, but literally everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong today. Hernia hurt the whole time, arms were on fire, and I was zig zagging between lanes 1-2 for most of the race. Sad to end my last conference meet like this but this was the hardest race I have ever run and I'm just glad that I finished and was at least able to score a point for the team. Couldn't recover after the race and felt like I was passing out. At least the rest of the team ran well today, proud of all of those guys who killed it in windy conditions.
