Easy run today, weather was really nice out today despite being cold so figured I'd hop on the Springbrook path since it's been awhile. The path was covered in snow but it was just light enough as to where it wasn't really an issue. Glad I got some hill work in because my quads were sore from the start, but that's how it's gonna be at Boston anyway! Thought about doing the whole loop but my quads were ready to be done so I jumped off the path and headed back on the roads. Going to try and sneak in an easy slow 3 later tonight if I have time.
