Notes

Holy shit was it cold and windy out. Right around a 30 degree temp drop overnight plus a lot of wind so I decided to go to X-Sport. My dad came along for his long run so that was nice just having somebody else there! Felt decent, but it was definitely good in terms of treadmill runs. Kept the recovery pace just shy of 6:50 and threw in 4x400's throughout the run @6 flat pace just to keep the legs from plotting too long. Solid recovery run to end the week and despite no real "long" run I still hit 70! Next week should be a little bit higher but I'm happy with how this week ended up turning out since Monday-Thursday were such a struggle!
