Treadmill

Notes

Workout on the treadmill after I got back to school. Left side hurt but progressively got better throughout the run. Decided to do a building 2 mile warmup (6:17, 5:57) and immediately went into my workout. Ended up doing 2-2-3-3-4-4-3-2-1 minutes with 1 minute jog recovery in-between. My on-portions of the workout were at 5:15 pace and my off-portions were at 6:00 pace. The last 1 minute interval I set to 5 minute pace and felt like a good way to cap off the run. That means my last 6 miles were done at 5:26 pace. Pretty happy with this considering how the workout started out on the "warmup". Going to really try and recover as much as possible with my body in general to get ready for this weekend.
