Very fun race today! Wish I had run faster but I did everything I could so I can't complain. Hernia pain went away after a few laps which I was very happy with. Went out in a fricken 79 though and the race was a fartlek the whole time. Had noidea where iI was place wise overall but just tried my best. Wish things had gone differently but oh well, at least I pr'd. Splits: 4:56-9:49-14:50-19:54-25:03-????-31:24
