Ran through Springbrook and took the grass path to modaff and then to Knock Knolls before heading back. We were hitting 6:40's for about 8 miles or so but then Dickshinski, Thompsen, and I had to poop so we slowed down a bit after that. Still a solid long run! The weather was 54 degrees outside!
