Ran with Aaron for 3 miles this morning and then added on to get the run over with for the day. Forgot to take my inhaler so I stopped at my house around 2.5 to take it. First time since 4th grade that I've done that but it was nice to see that I could still run without it. However, the first part of the run was alot harder than after I took my inhaler. Glad to get this one out of the way it was viciously hot outside today
