Easy morning run before a LONG ass day at Oakhurst. Woke up during the night because my calf seized up badly so I stretched it a bit before heading out. Just got some mileage in, glad I did because today was a heck of a grind. Calf loosened up after a minute or so but I played it safe anyway.
