Notes

Ran from Naper and literally as soon as I got there we left so I never had to stop. Ended up doing Wacky followed by strides and core inside. Legs on the run itself felt ok, tired and my shin was a little tight but all in all not bad. 4 Lakes later today so that should be a controlled yet tough workout.
