LOL well that sucked. Body felt awful, legs were not cooperative, and it just didn't work. Kinda shut it down early today after Thompson passed me but I was pretty much just like "fuck this". Had a bit of a cough and slight sore throat so just gotta watch that. Still kinda feeling the effects of vacation which is stupid as hell but whatever. OK tempo effort after going out the first mile in 4:48. Body just didn't have it today
