Calves really locked up during the first 2 so i changed from running on my toes to being flat footed and was able to finish the rest. It made the fartleck alittle tougher than necessary but i was just glad that i was still moving pretty fast this time. Finished with Root and Janet for most of them. Picked it up the last one and felt good
