Workout Wednesday: Wave Tempo
Probably my best wave tempo yet, had a good progression and really happy the paces aren’t a shock anymore. They still hurt, but at least it’s manageable.

Steady between 5:55-6:00 pace
First 5 mile workout sub 5:20 in ages with the last 3 miles at 15:41, gotta keep the momentum going!
