Racing at 9 am on a course with no shade 😩 lol didn’t have any time goals, just ran hard and tried not to bonk due to the heat. Hung onto the back of Root and Norvell for 1200 meters and then fell off into my own groove. Went 1-4 which was fun and we all were evenly spread out from each other by the end. Slow but fun race and congrats to Kaytlin for PR’ing even in this heat!!
Temps: Felt like 83 with a dew point of 71 🔥
