Notes

Solo run on the upper track. There was an ice advisory so I was not about that. Timed a mile at 6:36 and 6:27 in the middle which isn't bad. Felt sore but not bad. Last lap was a 52 which was a nice surprise because it felt a lot easier than the 51 last week. Probably just because I'm actually getting back into good fitness. Busy but good day today, glad I got this in because coaching beforehand made starting this a struggle
