Second part of my long run. Once Kayzar came we headed out to the Vaughn Center. While he pooped, I did a few laps in the parking lot and then we headed back to school. Ended up getting into a good cadence although my watch was slower than his. Took him past my apartment complex and we had some little kid yell at us and then dab lol. Last mile was 6:10 which was solid; haven't gone long since the 20 miler so it was nice to get some time on my feet past 90 minutes. Might do 1 more of these before Naperville. Overall a dreary day but a good run!
