Had a 90 minute gap in-between prelims for sprints and the beginning of the actual meet so I was able to sneak in a run before things got crazy. Ended up being a solid run, aside from one bathroom break I never had to stop. Made up a loop that took me to 4 Lakes but I wasn't feeling going up that hill so I turned the opposite direction and then followed the busy streets till I hit Maple Avenue and then came back to Benedictine. The hill at the end sucked mostly because it got really windy and felt like I wasn't moving at all. Wasn't sure on pace until I mapped it but I'm glad it was this fast because I thought I'd be averaging 6:30-6:40's. Was going to double but being outside all day roasted me so I'm going to get some good sleep and run before work tomorrow! Still on pace for mid 50's
