85 with a real feel of 101 and a dew point of 76...another absolutely miserable weather day. Knew I was in for rough ride when I was already pouring sweat just from trying to get satellite. Ended up having a pretty steady pace all things considering which was alright, just couldn't settle in to any kind of pace because of how hot and muggy it was. Only stopped once and it was for water on the bike path right before mile 5. Last mile of the run my breathing was beginning to struggle hard but I'm just glad it's over with, I wasn't myself for the next few hours post-run.
