Easy afternoon run, today was the day I finally started feeling the runs from the last few days. Quads were pretty sore the whole time, but after stopping to use the bathroom about halfway through I felt slightly better. Weather was absolutely perfect outside, again some parts of the run were windy but no rain and not overly hot. I'm honestly trying not to go this fast but I always end up falling into a certain cadence and can't seem to get out of it. Also, it's supposed to rain at the DVC meet later but I'm gonna try and get a small shakeout run in after all the craziness. If not, no big deal but that's the plan! Yesterday through Sunday is/has involved a lot of standing around so these next few runs may be a bit of a struggle haha
