Ran with Root, Johnny, Luke, and Thompsen in Seager Park today! Root and Johnny turned back to do 30 minutes so Luke, Thompsen and I did some more loops and then ran to Ogden Avenue and then took Loomis back. 4x150's were good but still felt the IT band
