4 Mile Run with Kaytlin over to the start of the QC Marathon and then 7 solo around the course and then to Sylvan Island. Rediculously humid this morning, already 70 degrees and 90% humidity at 6 am so I felt really bad for everyone racing today, one of those days where ya just gotta throw times out the window and do what you can. Legs felt like garbage again as per usual but really enjoyed running on Sylvan, had I done the whole run there I think this would have gone much better but it was great seeing everyone racing and handling the nasty weather and rain so well!
