Went right into the Tempo from the warmup, didn't really know what to expect but I tried to properly build into it without cashing out too fast. Ended up doing it just right and finished the tempo sweaty and tired but satisfied. The first 3 miles actually felt the hardest cause I just didn't know how hard to push or when to settle. I don't remember all my splits but I do remember that my 4th mile was a 5:20!
Resistance: 10
Heart-Rate: Starterd at 135 and by the time I finished I was at 162-163ish :)
