Notes

Distance should actually be pretty accurate. Felt pretty blegh but forced myself to run. Legs were achy and body just felt off. Thought I was crawling but I took some splits and was glad that I was hitting 6:30-6:40 pace for pretty much the whole thing. Hopefully sweated out a bit of whatever has been bugging me.
