Notes

3 mile warmup, 15x400's with 50 meter jog rest, 3 mile cooldown. Felt kinda weird doing this so early but it was definitely nice to get back into a workout groove! Did everything inside because it was -2 outside and that's without wind. The track itself was absolutely crowded, by far the busiest I've ever seen. It's hard to fit the entire guys and girls team on an indoor track with just 4 lanes, but we got it done. As for the workout, I was happy with how easy and in control I felt during the workout. First time doing something scheduled like this in awhile so it was a bit of a rust buster but overall it was really fun. Goal was to pace Jimmy for the whole workout with Quiroz and Shaw hanging a second or two behind us. Aside from accidentally taking extra jog rest after the first interval we got into a nice groove and just cruised. Jimmy and I switched off for about half of them and when he started hitting the wall on the 14th one I took over and he hung on to close off the workout. Good start to the day!
