2 Mile Time Trial on the track! Ended up getting out slow (4:41) but neg splitted pretty hard the last mile so I can't complain with that. Took turns with Kerley, Johnny and Yonny taking the lead which was nice! Muth bitch kicked past most of us at the end but I was still happy with the effort. Gotta prepare for that cause that's how nationals is going to be that last straightaway. Regardless, 2 seconds off of my PR on a hard week, I'll take it!
