4.5 Mile Wave Tempo @ Basecamp
GPS a little long on Tuesday and a little short today, so it goes 🤷🏻♂️. Another all-day shift but felt like I wanted to workout again since it would be the last time I could for the week. Went 400-800-1200-800-400 w/equal rest; focused on running hard for the on sections and then keeping a sub 6 minute pace on the off sections. Did a pretty good job overall and despite some drunk volleyball players it was a relatively peaceful run.
Splits: 400(77)-400(89)-800(2:32)-800(2:54)-1200(3:49)-1200(4:23)-800(2:35)-800(2:56)-400(75)-400(86) for a total of 4.5 miles @ 5:29 average.
