Afternoon run in the heat of the day, legs felt pretty shitty the entire run but I had my mom next to me biking for half the run so that made things better at the beginning. Went out in 7:15 and was like "oh my shit this sucks" and then just proceeded to open up a little and got into my normal cadence. Felt the best the last 2 miles or so of the run but I still didn't feel good, was dehydrated and my legs just felt done from start to finish. Still, was very pleased to see I was running this fast, wouldn't have believed it unless I mapped it out myself. Might do a shakeout run tonight! Hope my legs don't feel as shitty tomorrow as they do today.
