Notes

Warmup, 1 Mile Time Trial + 6x800's with 200 meter jog rest, and then a cooldown. Going into this workout I felt absolutely trashed in the legs. Root, Thompsen, and I did the mile in lane 6. Root was 4:21, I was 4:26, and then the Boy was 4:28. Held onto Root for a long time till about 450 to go and then just couldn't change gears. Did a half mile jog during our 10 minutes of recovery and right before we started I suddenly felt sick to my stomach and puked up liquid remnants from today's not so smart lunch. After that, we changed into trainers and did the 800's and holy shit was it harder than it should have been. Running in the Inspires like that after the mile just felt super heavy and it took us awhile to get into some kind of cadence. This part of the workout sucked but it was great grinding it out with the guys again, it's been so long I almost forgot what it felt like switching leads and whatnot hahah
