For some reason I forgot to take my Albuterol this morning so this morning was kind of a test as to whether or not I could handle running without it. I was pleased to say that I could! although I had a bit of a headache and legs felt like absolute trash. Still, I doubled the distance I have ever run without it so that's pretty cool! Once the season is over, I might try and get rid of using my inhaler for morning runs, but we'll see. Core after.
