Steady Run @ Benet
GPS was very generous, actually 7.75 miles (6:31 pace). Really enjoyed this run and had little to no problems during it. Just kept a good pace and was able to actually enjoy running. Got a little tight at the end but I also did left turns for 50 minutes. Not the smartest move but overall just enjoyed the ability to run without pain. Hopefully tomorrow has little to no backlash
