Notes

One of my best 4x1 mile repeat workouts ever! Had 90 seconds rest between each interval. First one felt pretty good, maybe a tad fast. The rest caught up to me on the 2nd one but then right around the 3rd one I found my rythem and them kept it strong. Felt really good on the last one and was able to hold a conversation if needed and even smile. Good workout, tremendously better than when I did this workout 1 year ago as a freshmen :P haha
