Met up with Kaytlin again at NCC, had some solid wind today and both of us kinda felt like shit so we just got through it. Foot got worked on but was kind of being a pain in the ass today, just ridiculously sore and felt everything. Back seized up on me right before Kaytlin and I did our final mile on the track, so breathing hurt and I just couldn't relax. Pretty awful run to be honest, but again just glad I had Kaytlin as company for it.
