Easy shakeout run with Kaytlin before dinner. My left quad/hip flexor/groin were straight trash but progressively got better throughout the run. Had some beers beforehand so I knew this run wasn't going to be pleasant but just glad we got through it. Did a big perimeter loop around 4 Lakes and then did a small loop to reconnect back to our condo. First mile was 8:12 up the hill and that sucked haha
